How to change spark plugs on Dodge Stratus 2002 4cyl?

I am trying to change my spark plugs but can not seem to get to them. There is rubber wire coming to the spark plug place and regardless how hard i pull this rubber base it does not come off. Can someone explain me how to get this rubber cap off so i can access spark plug ?
