You said you changed your plugs and wires... Did you change the cap and rotor? If you haven't I would start there. But, word of warning... Take the cap off and leave the wires on it. mount the new cap on the distributor, then transfer the wires from the old cap onto the new one. One by one.
Don't forget to replace the Rotor (inside the cap) If you know all of this already I'm sorry to insult you with details.
Also if it's not the cap or rotor your distributor may be bad or heading there pretty quickly. From what you have told me I'm guessing it's your cap and rotor. Need any other info feel free to e-mail me

Based on your codes your problem is most likely a bad oxygen sensor. This sensor tells the computer if your running too rich or too lean and then adjusts the mixture to compensate. There are two sensors, one before the catalytic converter and one after.
